- What is Fairy's Corner’s Return Policy? -
We craft our products to leave a GREAT impression for you. It is our top priority for us to create something that you're proud to display. If your order is not what you expected, we've got you covered. You have 30 days from the time your order has been shipped to return any item, for any reason.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept for refund or exchange, within 30 days from date of shipment, a return of unused, non custom/special order items (see below).
* Returning orders that received free shipping will have the shipping cost we incurred to ship the order deducted from the return.
* If an order was paid via PayPal, the PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from the return.
* Products must be in the condition you received them, and in the original manufacturer product packaging (if any).
Please mail all qualified returns to (trackable method suggested):
* We Cannot Accept a Return/Refund of a Customised Order Items (designed by You)
If we have made any error in the production of the these items, we will remake and replace the item.
*Returning/Canceling Special Orders
We may need to specifically order extra materials and work after hours for special production orders, thusly, returns and cancellations of finalized large special orders are subject to a 20% fee (not for standard orders).
This fee is only to cover costs incurred by us to produce the order, or specially stock items.
We work to ship all in stock orders within 1-6 business days of placement. If an order is placed with us for stock items on a Friday, we will be able to ship the order Monday morning.
Orders placed Friday with Express options will ship Monday morning and be delivered Tuesday-Wedneday.
Two Day Air orders placed on a Thursday will be shipped on Friday-Saturday, and will arrive on Tuesday-Wednesday.
If an order has a "made to order" item included (noted with * in product name), these orders will ship within the time frame for production noted on each of these product pages.
What is eligible for return?
You can return any unused products purchased on fairys-corner.com, excluded are customized Fairy’s Corner designed by You products. Your refund will be the final value of the items returned.
Returned products must be unused. We will not be able to process a refund if used products are returned.
How can I return my Fairy’s Corner product?
Starting a return is easy, visit your account order page and request a refund, and get approved within 1 business day. You will need to pay postal fees that arise.
Can I exchange my order?
If your order has not been shipped please reach out to our support team at (or start a chat). If your order has been shipped, the easiest way to change your product is to complete a return in your orders page, then place a new order for the items you'd like instead.
Can I return a faulty or defective product?
At Fairy’s Corner every product is thoughtfully made. Everything is inspected for quality 3 times before it is shipped. If you receive anything damaged or faulty and it has not been more than 30 days since the shipping date please contact support at so we can assist you.
When will I be refunded?
Once we confirm all the items in your return request arrive to our location, we will process your refund. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method and will require 3-5 days for your bank to process.
Can I return items after 30 days?
No, you may only return unused, non custom items within 30 days of your order. You will be responsible for any delivery fees for us to receive your items. Please contact support at to begin.
What if I have multiple orders to return?
You may pack all your items in one box, just be sure to include the original order numbers in your package.
We are able to accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
What do we do with your Information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We keep this information in house as a matter of transaction record only, and do not share or sell your information.
We can never see or access your payment account details at any time.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about sales, new products, project ideas, or other similar updates.
